  • What Source Of Payment Methods?

  • Do you keep my credit card details?
    No, we do not keep credit card details. Only transaction details are kept.
  • How should I make payment?
    You need to provide the following upon payment: – Cardholder name; – Card number; – Card expiry date; and – CVV code. Once the above-mentioned details are entered, the OTP page will appear to enable you to key in your OTP.
  • Is there a minimum order requirement?
    There is no minimum order requirement.
  • How much is the delivery charge?
    The delivery charges will be automatically calculated according to the gross weight of your order and will be shown on the checkout page. For deliveries to overseas, it is your responsibility to pay the customs and tax charges if incurred.
  • Which logistics company do you use for delivery?
    We use Singapore Post for our deliveries.
  • How can I track my order?
    You can track your order by clicking on “Track Order” button.
  • What is the delivery time after I placed my order?
    Your order is subject to availability of the product. We will make every reasonable effort to deliver the product to you within the delivery time frame. All delivery time frames given are based on estimation and delays can occur. The time for delivery shall not be of the essence, and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery howsoever caused. On average under normal circumstances, our time frame are as follows: Goods Preparation in Warehouse Delivery – Island wide Singapore Delivery – ASEAN & ASIA countries & regions1within next 1 – 2 working days Delivered by 2 working days after goods are dispatched from warehouse As per time frame indicated at checkout page Note 1: ASEAN & ASIA countries and regions include: Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Brunei, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macao, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, India, Japan, Australia, New Zealand. Please ensure all your contact & address info filled are correct and accurate. Delivery of the products shall be made to the address you specify in your order.
  • Can I request for Tax Invoice?
    Our tax invoice will be provided upon request. Please send us an email to with the subject “Request for Tax Invoice for Order #xxxxx”. We will respond your email within 3 working days. Our tax invoice will be sent as attachment via replied email. Please note that the soft copy of our tax invoice is deemed as original copy.
  • Can I request for refund or replacement?
    Refund and replacement are only applicable for purchase and delivery in Singapore. It is our internal quality assurance policy to ensure every goods is physically in good order when we pass it to the courier. It is your responsibility to check your order upon delivery. For damages occurred during the delivery that do not affect the use of the products (such as dents, scratches, or smear), no refunds or replacement will be entertained. For damages occurred during the delivery, such as broken sprayer head that affects the use of the product, upon mutual agreement and with the adequate proof of provided, we will remedy the problem by either a replacement or refund. The timeline for requesting replacement or refund shall be within 7 days upon goods delivered. All refunds are conditional upon our acceptance of a valid return of the Product. The delivery cost incurred from return of the Product will be borne by the customer. For damages caused by human error during usage, no refunds or replacement will be entertained.
  • How can I get my refund?
    All refunds will be made via PayNow into the individual’s PayNow account provided that complete and accurate account details are provided to us.
  • What will happen if my payment is failed or did not go through successfully?
    If you fail to make payment pursuant to the payment method elected or payment did not go through successfully or payment is cancelled for any reason whatsoever, we are entitled to cancel your order or suspend delivery until payment is made in full.
  • What shall I do if I receive a non-conforming product?
    It is your responsibility to inform us of the non-conforming goods within 7 days upon goods delivered, and make sure that the original packaging of the Products are intact. Please send us an email to with the subject “Report of Non-Conforming Goods for Order #xxxxx”. We will respond your email within 3 working days. We will offer you either of the following options: Option 1: Replacement of Product with the delivery cost incurred to-and-fro borne by our Company. Option 2: Full refund of the price paid for the non-conforming Product.

  • How to open a new bottle of Bio-X?
  • How often & where should I use Bio-X?
    The best way to apply Bio-X is to spray it thoroughly throughout the whole indoor area, including ceiling, walls, curtains, furniture, sofa, bed, carpet, chairs, all surface (inside & outside) of kitchen cupboards, toilet, drainage outlet, shoe rack. It is important to spray Bio-X into all craves & gaps. This will create an overall protection for the whole house from insects, i.e. cockroaches, mosquitos, flies, ants, etc. Thereafter, spray Bio-X once every 2 weeks or anytime deemed as necessary
  • Why is there white foam coming out when I spray Bio-X?
    Bio-X is water-based. The white foam is the result of not shaking the bottle well before spraying. Once it is shaken well, there will be a fine and even mist produced from the nozzle.
  • What is the smell of Bio-X?
    Bio-X is formulated using various types of botanical extracts with de-ionized water as solvent. Bio-X does not contain any artificial fragrance which is derived from chemicals. Instead, it consist of the smell of botanical extracts, of which pine oil & lemon extract are the most distinctive.
  • How long can one bottle of Bio-X last?
    It depends on how often you use Bio-X and how much volume you spray each time. In general: ProductApplication Bio-X 3-in-1 Aerosol (600ml) For 1st time overall & thorough treatment of the whole house: 1 bottle of Bio-X 3-in-1 aerosol 600ml is good for a standard 2-bedroom flat.   • Why should we use a multi-function product?
    Harmful elements such as insects, germs, fungus/mould and foul smells are interlinked to form an unhealthy and complex web. Eliminating one usually does not remove the other. Hence, a hygienic and healthy surrounding requires an effective multi-functional solution to remove all harmful elements.
  • Should I leave the room after spraying Bio-X?
    It is not necessary to leave your room after spraying Bio-X. Bio-X is tested & proven to be safe and non-poisonous on human. It is completely safe for people to stay inside the room after spraying Bio-X. For Bio-X 3-in-1 aerosol, it contains gas propellant and a mixture of botanical extracts. The strong smell is the result of the disinfectant properties of the botanical extract. We recommend those who are sensitive to pungent smell to leave the room and re-enter after 10 minutes.
  • Can Bio-X kill rats?
    Bio-X is safe for human, mammals & birds. Rats are mammals, so it does not kill them. However, rats do not thrive in a hygienic & clean environment.
  • Is it safe when I accidentally spray Bio-X onto food & cooking utensils?
    Bio-X is safe & non-poisonous for human, therefore the food is safe for consumption.
  • Can Bio-X 3-in-1 kill mites? What types of insects can Bio-X kill?
    Bio-X 3-in-1 can kill a wide range of insect pests, including mites, cockroaches, mosquitos, houseflies, flea, ticks, and ants. Besides killing the adult insects, Bio-X also kills insect larvae & eggs, helping to break down their breeding cycles. Bio-X can also eliminate the fungus, bacteria and viruses that are carried by the insects.
  • Can Bio-X be sprayed on skin?
    Yes, it is safe to spray Bio-X on skin. As Bio-X is a water-based and non-poisonous multi-functional product, we recommend spraying Bio-X on your clothes and skin when you go for outdoor activities to protect yourself from insect bites such as from mosquitos, flies and other insect pests.
  • Can Bio-X be sprayed on fabric?
    The water-based Bio-X is ideal for fabrics, wooden and leather furniture and does not stain. Bio-X can be sprayed on sofa, cushions, carpets, curtains, blankets, pillows, and mattress. Leave it dry after spraying in a well-ventilated room.
  • Why are the cockroaches not killed immediately when I spray Bio-X on them?
    Bio-X does not contain any “Knock Down Agent”, a chemical agent that added in many pesticides for its fast effect. Knock Down Agent is carcinogenic. The acting time for all types of pesticides on insects, taking cockroach as an example, is about 9 minutes.
  • Does Bio-X contain alcohol? Is it safe to use for babies?
    All our Bio-X products do NOT contain alcohol OR chloride. Bio-X is truly water-based and is safe for babies.
  • Is Bio-X safe for my pets?
    Bio-X is tested & proven to be safe for all mammals & birds & plants. It is safe for all mammal pets, such as dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, horses, birds, chicks, ducks, geese and pigeons. However, please refrain from using Bio-X on tortoise, fish & prawns.
  • Can Bio-X remove the bad odour and foul smell?
    Bio-X has strong anti-bacteria & anti-fungi property, which can eliminate more than 99.99% of bacteria & fungi. The bad odour & foul smell are generated from bacteria & fungi. Therefore, Bio-X can nip the problem in the bud. On the contrary, most commercial deodorisers contains artificial fragrance and alcohol. They only mask the bad odour (meaning the bad odour is still present) making the affected surrounding even worse.
  • Is there a Bio-X product made from botanical extracts only? What are its functions?
  • Do I need to dilute Bio-X Kleanze+ before use?
    Bio-X Kleanze+ 200ml is in concentrated form. You will need to dilute it with water using the correct ratio indicated on our label before use.
